1. Service Description

Color This Moment uses a custom vision model to transform your photos into custom coloring book pages. Our service includes:

• Automated conversion of uploaded photos into line art coloring pages
• Assembly of coloring pages into downloadable PDF coloring books
• High-resolution, print-ready output (8.5×11")
• Optional physical printing and shipping of spiral-bound coloring books
• Commercial use rights included with all purchases

2. User Accounts

2.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our service.

3. Purchases & Pricing

3.1 Pricing Model

Our service operates on a per-book purchase model. Current pricing includes:

• Digital PDF: $9.99 per coloring book
• Printed & Shipped (includes digital): $19.99 per coloring book

3.2 No Refunds on Digital Products

Digital PDF purchases are non-refundable once delivered. See our Refund Policy for exceptions and details on printed book refunds.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to our service.

4.2 Content License

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating your coloring book pages. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.

4.3 Generated Coloring Pages

Upon purchase, you own the generated coloring pages for both personal and commercial use. No separate commercial license is required. You may use the output in products you sell, gifts, events, and any other lawful purpose.

4.4 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Depicts minors in any inappropriate context
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Print Orders

5.1 Physical Products

We offer printing and shipping of spiral-bound coloring books. Print orders are fulfilled by Due North Studios and shipped within the United States.

5.2 Order Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing and approving your coloring book preview before placing a print order.

5.3 Shipping

Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our facility.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our models or algorithms
• Use automated systems to access our service excessively
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Generate content for illegal purposes
• Abuse, overload, or interfere with our systems

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7.2 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance with minimal notice.

7.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

If a payment fails, your order will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Due North Studios, LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Due North Studios, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

15. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund for any prior purchases.

15.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

15.3 Effect

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may continue to use any coloring book PDFs you have already downloaded.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users.
