Uploaded photos are processed to generate the requested coloring pages and may be sent to one or more third-party image processing providers that we use from time to time (such as Replicate and, if enabled, Google Gemini via AI Gateway). We do not use your uploaded photos to train or fine-tune our own machine learning models. Third-party providers may process and retain limited request/response data for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance under their own terms and privacy policies. Photos are stored securely and associated with your account.

4.4 Transaction Records

Retained as required by applicable accounting and tax laws (typically up to 7 years).

9.0 Providers We May Use

We may use different third-party image processing providers over time, including Replicate and, if enabled, Google Gemini via AI Gateway. The provider used for a given request may vary based on availability, quality, cost, and product configuration.

9.1 Model Training

We do not use your uploaded photos or generated coloring pages to train or fine-tune our own machine learning models. When Gemini is used, we configure paid-tier access. Under Google's paid-tier terms, prompts and responses are not used to improve Google products. For all providers, handling of customer content is subject to each provider's terms and privacy commitments.

9.2 Technical Improvements

We may analyze aggregated and anonymized technical metadata (such as processing parameters and error rates) to improve system performance and reliability. This data cannot be used to identify individual users or reconstruct uploaded content.
